How To Order

Here are the steps in placing an order:

Contact us. There are two different ways to reach us. The first is by telephone. Our phone number is 719-748-8085. If you get the answering machine, you can leave a message and we will return your call when we are available. You can also contact us via email. The email address is info@CopyYourStuff.com. For long distance calls, you can leave us your number on the email and we will contact you. Please tell us the best time to reach you so we don't call you too early or too late in the day.

By speaking with you directly, we can answer any questions you have and determine what type of order you wish to place. We will go over the process and try to arrange the best deal possible for you.

We will give you a price estimate for the work requested and shipping and handling costs either by email or telephone call. We must receive the payment before we process the order. See number 3 below for payment information.


2.

Ship the materials to us. Unless we make other arrangements (if you are a Colorado resident, this may apply to you), you will need to package and ship the materials you want copied to us. We highly recommend going to a store that specializes in packing and shipping items, especially if the items are fragile. Ship the materials to the following address:

Be sure to insure the package. We cannot be responsible for damage or loss during shipping. Once we receive your shipment, we will notify you that we received the materials and give you an estimate on how long it will take us to complete your order. We strive to give you a quick turn-around, without compromising the quality of the end product.


3.

Pay for the order. Once the order has been placed and you receive the price, we will need payment for the work being done. The fastest way to do this is through PayPal. You can set up an account with them at www.paypal.com. PayPal allows several payment options, including using your credit cards, and it is very secure.

We will also accept personal checks, but that may slow down your order. Your check will need to clear before we can begin work. If you wish to pay by check, it would be quickest and easiest to send it when you are shipping the materials to us.

Once payment has been received, we will send you an invoice and a tracking number, so you can check the progress of your order.


4.

Once we have completed your order, we will return the diskettes along with the original materials. We will keep a copy of your material for 90 days in case we need to revisit the order or you decide you want more copies. After that, we will securely erase all of our copies so your privacy is maintained.
